The company has not sent me any information regarding * groupon orders I placed a week ago. And I get no response when I try to call I have also sent an email and not yet received a response also. This item is a gift and it stated I would recieve order confirmation after the order was placed and I have not received anything except adds from them. Lastly when I go to there site and use the order status look up it shows there is no order. I have already been charged by the company for the shipping fee and I just want to know if I’m going to recieve my blankets or if I need to request a refund.
