The issue in GetHuman-wophbi's own words
I purchased a ** GB iPhone * and received confirmation that it went through, but I wanted to get a *-year protection warranty — I believe it was $** — with it as well and forgot to select that option at the time of purchase. I was wondering if I could have the warranty added to my purchase. If the warranty cannot be added I would like to refund my order because I don’t want the phone without the warranty.
GetHuman-wophbi did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
