I purchased a groupon voucher for * for a plant night in Jacksonville, FL, on November **th. I redeemed my first voucher but put * tickets in the purchase order instead of one. This is my first time using Groupon and did not know both vouchers are to be redeemed separately. I could not complete my first voucher. My second voucher I chose * ticket and it worked perfectly. But now I cannot redeem or complete my second voucher. Is there a way we can reset that first voucher so I can complete the transaction or any other solution?
