Hello Groupon, **You're sending me on the runaround to get a question answered as I've redeemed a groupon for an in-person service which has NO WAY to redeem it with the instructions given (which are to present the groupon at time of purchase). The service is a personal shopper. You cannot just show up. I have no way of contacting the company to schedule my purchased appointment. They did not answer my email through their website directly. Please help.
