Well it's my first time using groupon had high hopes about it all.. But seems I've run into problems.. I basically purchased a voucher for a engraved Parker pen when was down from ** to ** cool.. Buy that and what not.. Get sent to the website follow instructions and what not and I go to the sight the pens are like * pounds anyways and I'm charged there too so what was the point of me purchasing the voucher?
A refund from either party would me nice.. Being charged the stated price would be right
