I ordered an IPad and received it on the Sept. **, ****. The problem is that I was sent the wrong charging cable. I contacted customer support and was told I needed to return everything and re-order the item again. Also I would have to pay again and I would receive my refund for the *st order in * weeks. I don't want to reorder anything all I want is to receive the correct (generic) charging cable that was to be shipped with the IPad originally in the *st order .
