Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I just ordered a cutting board but didn’t realize you can’t customize the name to imprint on the board, they only have a few names to choose from. And shipping price is not disclosed upfront when you’re buying the order. Outrageous.*Look at my membership. I spend a Lot of money with Groupon. I don’t need to be feeling this way getting taken by some company selling $* cutting boards!*I would like to cancel my order.
