Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased * tickets for bane haunted house and when I got there it was this huge ordeal and we couldn’t get them to work at all. Their was this huge process that I tried to do to pay the taxes on each ticket which held me up on the line for ** minutes only to just have to buy tickets at the window because we couldn’t get it to work so I would like a refund because I never got to use the tickets i got from Groupon and had to pay my way in when i was there
