We originally booked a getaway to Great Wolf Lodge with friends, and they let us know at the last minute that they would not be able to go. This is the first time we purchased a getaway with Groupon and did not see that we needed to cancel at least nine days prior to get a full refund. Is there anyway we could get a one time exception? We would love to book again with Groupon in the future and would definitely learn our lesson about the cancellation policy.**Thank you for your consideration
