The issue in GetHuman-wyzz's own words
! made an order, perfume for my wife* they sent an emal saying there was a problem with my credit card, actually my bank debit card. I tried to fix it on their site, but couldn't so I finally got through to chat. This guy said he'd cancel the order and I should reorder, so I did. I forgot I had reordered and reordered for the *rd time. When I got the second confirmation of the order, I realized my mistake I contacted them again, but this guy said he only saw * orders and one had been cancelled. I'd like to speak to a human and get this straight as my account says there are * active orders.
GetHuman-wyzz did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
