Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-dcbromm will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-dcbromm later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was promised a refund on a purchase made on ****** after several attempts and back and fourth texting. The last text on said customer service would get back to me and now they haven't done so. The last text was I think on ****rd or ****th...and nothing. This has been going on since ***th***.....I have a copy of the text promising a refund of the $** you charged my bank acct on the purchase that was not completed and had immediately been asked for a refund.
GetHuman-dcbromm did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
