Tip from another customer
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Re: Order * ****-******-*******I ordered a Groupon and used the code “SAVE” that would take $** off my order. When it showed the order confirmation, the correct total appeared, $***.** - $**.**. I agreed to pay $**.**. You charged me $***.**. A Groupon representative credited my account $**.** (I have no idea where he or she got that amount). I would like a full refund and for the random credit to be removed from my account.
GetHuman-chatikat did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
