Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was on there looking for hotel forgot they already had my credit card info and hit continue ... I was looking at hotels and deals and I hit continue and it booked it I called the hotel immediately after to let them know it was a mistake and they said they didn’t have any reservations and to contact Groupon and I emailed you last night but still no response I would like a refund please
