Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I am so disappointed that you are now so hard to get ahold of. I have spent thousands in GROUPON purches. I bought the aquatic center in Camarillo groupon and when I tried to use it last month, the do have an indoor pool, but they had too many inside lessons and special events for me to go there and I would be forced to use the outside pool. I am being treated for skin cancer and told them I needed to be inside. My request was not satisfied. Please reimburse me for the groupon. It expires tomorrow. If you want my money in the future, get a phone number that works.
