Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a voucher for a massage that was discounted to $** in Waldorf, MD. After purchasing, I realized that I had to schedule an appointment with the place and I will no longer be located in the area for their available dates. I cancelled the order but it says that it’s still pending in the app. I want to know if I’ll get my refund and why is my order still pending when I received a confirmation email after purchasing.
GetHuman-yelhsamo did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
