Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased the Exitology Escape Room Experience for six people and received a voucher. I opened the voucher but the Exitology Escape room is not available for the day I wanted to go so I would like a refund but the groupon website is not allowing me to do that. So I need help in refunding.
