Hello, I just purchased a groupon for a haircut* highlights but didn’t realize I had already been to the location I purchased it for. I was calling to make my appointment and they needed my voucher number. I read it to them and that’s when they told me I already have been there and cannot use the groupon. May I please get a refund? I ordered the Groupon about ** mins ago.
