Checked into hotel yesterday as scheduled and have had problems ever since. Tried switching rooms and had more problems today. Went to front desk to ask for a full refund because we cannot stay here any longer with our young children due to sanitary issues and she said I had to contact Groupon. Need to get full refund and someone to contact this hotel, Seralago hotel, as soon as possible. Before the check out time. We had to cancel our plans for a theme park today, extend our travel dates, and get another hotel now. We are very disappointed. If someone can please contact me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.****-***-****
