Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi. I purchased a groupon (Stealth Elite) and unfortunately was unable to use it. The groupon was for basketball lessons. My son broke his arm * weeks ago and is still in a cast. Therefore, he is unable to use this. Is there any way I can get a refund to repurchase this groupon once his arm is healed? If not, can I get an extension on the expiration date?
