Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-omoose will need to dig through the advice provided by Groupon, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-omoose's own words
I just purchased a Groupon for Mels Diner and received confirmation of said purchase. Yet, Groupon sent me one of those pushy-sales emails for the same exact deal with Mels Diner " still interested in that deal?" It's unnecessary and pushy - not to mention it makes the customer feel that Groupon isn't paying attention and*or has bugs on the site. Bottom line: I have less confidence in Groupon.
GetHuman-omoose did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
