Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I tried purchasing a Groupon for Atlanta Speedway Xtreme experience for driving a super car. And I was so pleased I try to make a second purchase but it denied my card and I checked my bank account and it did not go through. So I tried buying it with a different card and had successfully bought and it twice. I woke up with an email at *:** in the morning saying that my other transaction went through when I did not want it to. And I would like to cancel and refund my extra Groupon.
GetHuman944121 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
