Instead, GetHuman-pricegr will need to dig through the advice provided by Groupon, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Accidentally purchased a groupon (Order *: ****-******-******) and need to have it cancelled*refunded. Contacted customer support a few days ago (ticket ID: ******************) and they were sending to concern team that was supposed to get back in touch with us but have not heard back
GetHuman-pricegr did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
