Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased * passes to attend Skyzone. I live in NJ but I didn't realize that the passes were for skyzone in Georgia which is a ** hour drive from my home. I know no one in Georgia and I have no plans to visit GA. Ive sent numerous emails to groupon after going to skyzone in NJ but I'm yet to receive a response and I was advised I couldn't use these tickets. Skyzone advise me to contact groupon.*I'm requesting a full refund for this purchase.
