Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I needed to order * tickets and only ordered *. I then proceeded to order a *rd one separate and didn't know I could only make one purchase at a time
