Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-unogic's own words
get I year subscription to Washington Post through *Groupon ... I had contacted Groupon about canceling this order with groupon and receiving a refund and received a reply that it would happen within ** days. My credit card payment arrived and showed payment to groupon, but no credit. I need this credit since I have already repurchased the Wash Post directly because you had promised me a refund on an earlier customer service contact I made with groupon. Please reply.
GetHuman-unogic did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
