Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-laloamez's own words
Hello. I was charged ***.** to my credit card from Groupon for a booking at the Poconos. I called the location I was staying at and was told there was no reservation and I would have to do the reservation through them to ensure I get a room. I did, and proceeded to cancel the reservation. No one responded to my email. A few days later On June *th I received an email saying I can cancel by June *rd. It was June *th. I am still trying to get a refund from this. I am trying to dispute with my credit card but I was hoping someone on your end could solve this a lot faster.
GetHuman-laloamez did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
