Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi. I purchased a groupon for * a couple of months ago thinking I could bring my children along. This is for La Fondue. However, the restaurant does not allow strollers, high chairs, or booster seats. I was unaware of this policy until after I paid for the groupon and attempted to make reservations. Unfortunately for us this would not be a fun dining experience * young toddlers. We also have no access to childcare. I'd really appreciate a refund at this point as I will not be able to use this experience with my husband and children anytime soon. Please help.
