****o! i bought a m***age at pure bliss spa. i tried for * months to make an appointment and they were not able to accommodate a time for me. finally i got an appointment for Friday, June **, ****. Friday morning, the office called me to cancel my appointment. pure bliss is being pushed out of their office and has no place to be. therefore i can not use my groupon! the place is closed down! im requesting a refund! i know its more than * days since i bought the groupon but i have been trying for * months to make an appointment. this is something out of my control therefore it would only be right to refund me. thank you! i appreciate groupon and believe it is a very useful website.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
