I was trying to talk to Groupon, they had a guy Radiazad chat online with me, but he couldn't help, said his supervisor would call me, blamed the whole thing on my browser, and ended the call. What???? ... I bought * Groupons for Krafty Chix ball caps for $** each. When I went to order the caps, at checkout only $*.** was removed from the total on each one. I tried to call Krafty Chix, but their mailbox is full and the BBB says they have a poor customer service rating. I would like my $** dollars back.
They don't seem to realize that I recommend Groupon to friends and now I won't feel comfortable using Groupons and I won't purchase Groupons again.
they could make this right by refunding my money.
I've been a Groupon customer since **** and I expected that they would cancel the Groupon and give me my money back. No such luck.
I have also reached out to the vendor and they are reviewing it.
