About ** days later and no necklace and no resolution from Groupon, I contacted Monogramhub.com, and they indicate they have no record of my order. They need an order no. Can you please provide this to me via email or phone call, *** ***-****. **Please help me so that I can have confidence in order any other items with Groupon.
