Reserved an overnight stay. ... I booked my stay at the omni parker house Boston through Groupon, for a room with two beds. Arrived and told they had only a room with a single bed . So the hotel said to contact you and were going to reimburse me fifty dollars and also the price of a single room. If you would contact them at the omni parker house Boston. Thank you
Upon arrival the hotel was unable to provide a double room as purchased. They were unable to provide a refund as this was a third party purchase.
Contact the hotel and refund the difference please
