Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Get a refund for the money that I spent for the voucher since it was for the wrong location. Especially being that I tried to get his process started well within the two-hour time frame and just have received no response. ... I purchased the voucher for the wrong location and the museum would not except the tickets that were purchased from Groupon. I "viewed" the voucher when in line for the tickets just to make sure it would verify but it was never redeemed as they would not take the voucher. Thank you so much for your help!
I had to spend an additional $** to purchase the correct tickets after waiting in line for an hour to be told they wouldn't accept our voucher.
Simply refund the money for the voucher.
I've been a customer of groupon for years and would love to continue to do business if we can get this issue resolved.
