I was ordering a Chicago city p*** on my friends Groupon account (because I don’t have the app*account) and I put my card number to order. After I placed the order I went to delete my card info off of her Groupon account. She never got a confirmation email about my order, but she ordered the same thing and got her confirmation. Should I order again? I just want to avoid overcharging my card. I called my credit card company and they didn’t see any pending activity from Groupon.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
