Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
I want to return my item ASAP it says free return within ** days. It has been way less then ** days. Was told I need to pay for ****pping. I bought item because it was FREE RETURN. Where it clearly states. SO I WANT A FULL REFUND!
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
