Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-mscurre's own words
I placed an order back in April and I waited and hoped that it would get delivered before I travel for work but unfortunately it wasn’t delivered. I month later I returned home to check my mailbox and I found nothing in there from Groupon but it shows on their site that it was delivered. I am not sure where did they deliver to but I need someone to please help me find out because I need the dress or my money back.
