I was trying to get help contacting Tonicity to schedule service. ... Trying to use my * hour Swedish Massage from Tonicity Massage, **** H. St NW, D.C. *** ***-****.*Cannot reach them by phone or email. Their online bookings says no appointments available May, June or July. My Groupon number is LG*L*N-*KYZ-X*LT-**XR which expires July **. I have tried since May to contact this vendor.
Groupon doesn’t realize I’m not interested in trading the service I purchased for a different product.
Refund if direct contact to schedule service with Tonicity DC cannot be provided by Groupon.
I’m a good customer because less patient people would call consumer fraud to report this situation.
