Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased two Park & Fly Groupons intending to use them both on a six-day parking stay at SFO airport. At payment time, Park & Fly refused the second coupon, saying that only one can be used for a single visit. Fine print allowed two vouchers per purchase with no mention that they could not be applied to the same visit. I will not be flying using Park & Fly again and cannot use the second coupon.
