The issue in GetHuman-dreim's own words
In December of this last year I paid for * vouchers at Automax LLC to have my van and my Toyota detailed. They each cost $**. The voucher did state an additional fee would be charged for a Van or Sedan. I did not, however, expect the additional fee to be $*** for the van and $ ** for the Toyota, which is what I was quoted today when I tried to make an appointment.This groupon offer was very misleading and even the representative at Automax said so. How can we resolve this issue because I am not prepared to pay these outrageous additional charges. What recourse do I have and can I my money refunded?
