The issue in GetHuman-grandros's own words
Buy a Groupon ... I have been getting the message "This order exceeds the purchase maximum for this deal" for Francisco's on the River for at least two months. Why is that and why can't I buy another Groupon for this restaurant?
There is no way to contact anyone. The "Continue" button on the website isn't working.
Having a better way to contact customer service. Get Human has asked me if my problem has been resolved at least * times and each time I respond "NO".
At least * years.
