I placed an order that no one can find and it will not let me reorder it.

We're sorry to hear about this problem. There could be a few reasons why you can't find your order. It might take a bit of time for your order to show up in your Groupon account, especially if it was recently placed. If you've checked your account and your email (including your spam/junk folder) for a confirmation but still can't find it, the order might not have gone through successfully. In this case, you should be able to try ordering again. If you're unable to reorder, it's possible the deal has sold out. Also, ensure that you're checking the correct Groupon account if you have more than one. If the problem persists, we suggest reaching out to Groupon customer service directly.

I need to cancel my order and get refund

Yes, you can cancel your order under certain conditions. If the voucher hasn't been viewed or used, you can cancel it within the first 24 hours after purchase. If your Groupon Goods item hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel the order. If you're unhappy with a purchase, Groupon offers a return policy where most goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Groupon Local vouchers can be returned within 3 days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. We’re trying to check out at a restaurant and says the app is down!
