Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
I have been charged on *-*-** $**.** for an item that I have already been charged $**.** on the date of *-*-**. In short, you have charged me twice for the same item.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
