On May **, I purchased a Groupon sightseeing tour bus of Houston and a coach bus to NASA for may **, ****. I was not able to print out the voucher, Groupon said the website was temp down or someone spilled coffee. The Groupon ad said you meet at *** Crawford st. At ten a.m. without our voucher we knew nothing more. Next day same thing, so we drove to the address and of course, no one showed up. I took a screenshot of temp down website. I chatted with rep who was able to send me voucher. Tour was on a diff street at diff time.wewere able to go to NASA, but this kind of service is bogus and cost me $***. I won't be using Groupon again and will spread the word.
