Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Purchased a Groupon for a facial. I have not been able to use the Groupon due to schedule conflicts with the spa. Additionally, the esthetician is currently on vacation and cannot take my appointment. When she returns the Groupon will have already expired. She suggested that I ask for a refund or for an exchange. She agreed to send an email to Groupon explaining the circumstances. I purchase groupons quite a bit, I really hope this gets resolved quickly as I wouldn’t want it to affect future business as a customer.
