I went to every link Groupon has........there is no CHAT, none of the emails go through, and I called their office on Chicago Ave. and the recording says to use their new Automated System.........would be nice if it worked! I just received an email asking how the Randolph St Market was! I answered the respond link, and told it the whole story, and that did not go through. I just called Visa to dispute the charge. Groupon says I redeemed my tickets, and it doesn't start until tomorrow, so the site would not allow me to cancel. What a nightmare!l

Get in touch with a real email, chat person, or site that would accept what I was trying to explain, or a phone *...............nothing for all........I spent at lease ** minutes trying to resolve. ...
