Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I need a refund back on the purchase of * set of * groups on the Jungle Queen for cruise, dinner and show. Order * ****-******-****** on May **, ****.*Your company sold me the tickets but when I called the *** *** **** to reserve I was told that they did not have any seats available for this weekend. My family is leaving on Monday. Therefore, I would not take the cruise. I appreciate a total refund of this purchase as soon as you can.
GetHuman-cecilita did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
