Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I ordered it and put it in my cart I did not authorize my credit card to be automatically used just because I chose the deal then I cannot go in any way and cancel the order it is stating it's past my two hours and may have been in ** minutes to a half hour tops but I'm telling you it's not true and I am tired of having these issues with my orders you can never talk to anyone get ahold of anybody or get into your account you only have categories in a shopping cart you have no one to help you I'm getting tired of this I'm going to call my bank and tell him I will not pay
