Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I bought a Groupon and the person I bought it from won’t let me redeem it because I’ve been to her before. I didn’t know her name or remember the place I went to her before but she won’t let me redeem my groupon.
