I placed * pro flower arrangements for delivery they both were $** arrangements for $**. I was never given a prompt to add receivers address I hv been back & forth between u & pro flowers and hv tried to rectify this issue it has so far taken me over * hours & it has not been rectified. I hv already been charged the $** for each hv filled everyone’s instructions and hv gotten no rectification I am extremely frustrated it should not hv to take over * hours to fix a oroblem so either cancel & refund me or help fix the problem aap
