Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I am requesting a refund of the tai tickets I purchased on **** for $**.*I confirmation I printed out instructed me to call ** hr in advance for reservations.*I called on **** for reservations for the next day show and the person I spoke to told me I didn't need reservation and just to arrive with my confirmation at *pm for the *pm show. We checked in at *pm the next day and they said they were sorry that there was no show that day and that I had to request a refund from groupon. Thank you in advance for your help in attaining the refund.*Arlene Boynton
