Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was unable to use the gold pass for the attractions in to the very last minute right before the park was going to close at Legoland this is very unacceptable and I had to be out of more money to pay for us to actually be able to go into the park because the go past wasn't working. So I definitely want a refund for my go past because I wasn't able to utilize it the way that I wanted to and please have someone call me ASAP at ***-***-****or *****@***.com
GetHuman-tashiata did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
